YOUIBOT L1000 Lifting series (AMR)
The Youibot L1000 lifting platform is the most powerful Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) offered by Youibot. With an impressive payload capacity of 1000 kg, it is specifically designed to handle heavy workloads in industrial facilities and optimize intralogistics efficiencies and throughputs in warehouses by automating the movement of goods, racks, and pallets.
To ensure operational safety and security, the L1000 is equipped with dual LIDAR scanners that provide 360-degree coverage. These scanners play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and reliable autonomous operation throughout the year.
The Youibot L1000 integrates the YOUI Battery Management System (BMS), which enables automated docking to charging stations. When deployed in a fleet, the BMS can efficiently schedule the charging timeline for each AMRS, ensuring minimal downtime on the warehouse floor.
With the YOUI-FLEET management system, up to 100 AMRS units can collaborate seamlessly under a single system. This feature allows for real-time coordination and efficient operation across workshops, enabling a "real-light" operation scenario where manual intervention is significantly reduced.
The L1000's compact and rugged structural design enables it to navigate swiftly under various pallets, carts, and shelf pods in warehouses and factory floors, ensuring efficient movement in confined spaces.
