The IRB 6620 is a flexible and cost-effective solution that generates a high activity time and reduces production costs, with payload capacity of 150kg and a range of 2.2m, is characterized by flexibility in the ground, inverted, Inclined or shelf-shaped, suitable for machine laying applications such as die casting and injection molding, which requires a minimized extraction time. This new flexible and improved line concept comes with the IRC5 controller.
Based on advanced dynamic modeling, the IRC5 optimizes the performance of the robot for the physically shortest possible cycle time (QuickMove) and precise path accuracy (TrueMove). Together with a speed-independent path, predictable and high- performance behavior is delivered automatically, with no tuning required by the programmer.
