Eight axis Mig arc welding robotic system consisting of:
- 1 x Fanuc Arcmate 100i industrial robot, 6 axis, 1368 mm horizontal arm reach and 6 kg payload with RJ3 controller featuring arctool software (Fanuc arc welding software)
- 1 x Control cabinet RJ3 cabinet - 8 axis
- 2 x horizontal positioners on each side, servocontrolled, 250 kg payload and 1800 mm between head and tailstock
- 1 x Kemppi Pro 520 Mig power welding source, 520 Ampere power, liquid cooled
- 1 x Liquid cooled arc welding torch and torch cleaning station
- External enclosure with operating panel
